I’m Martin, founder of MDA Personal Coaching.
I’m a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor and hold a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Sport and Exercise Performance.
My coaching is founded on a strong personal interest in health and performance, and a genuine drive to help others feel and function at their best — whether that’s improving energy, reducing stress, enhancing training, or simply building better daily habits to support health.
