All sessions are delivered remotely via video call, with support available via WhatsApp and email.

About MDA Personal Coaching

I’m Martin, founder of MDA Personal Coaching.


I’m a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor and hold a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Sport and Exercise Performance.


My coaching is founded on a strong personal interest in health and performance, and a genuine drive to help others feel and function at their best — whether that’s improving energy, reducing stress, enhancing training, or simply building better daily habits to support health.


Through my own experience and continued learning, I’ve seen how breathing, nutrition, and sleep are deeply connected, and how improving these areas together can have a powerful impact on both performance and overall wellbeing.
